I don’t know why I’m dwelling on this, but it’s been bugging me! I’ve fallen into a rather awkward way of working, obviously, at work. I hate asking how to do things. Obviously I do ask questions, but I’m talking here about little niggly things …in which case I prefer to work out my own strange methods…and now I’m stuck! It’s way too late to call the old staff member at this stage to “clarify” stuff….really… So I guess when it comes time to train next person, well, they’ll see how I do things. The only thing really is the program I downloaded to get a sort-of IE on the Mac, in order to do the Java stuff I needed.

However…Apparently they’re looking at moving to a new platform and have our own people do it inhouse! So hopefully the new platform will work and be Mac friendly…and my random software won’t be needed, and no one will ever have to know how I did it.
